  • No, we ship all over the USA and do not have guaranteed rates from our shippers. Contact Us for a shipping quote to your zip code!

  • We will work directly with your install contractor to ensure your yard is prepped correctly, however, no, we do not do any onsite work. For all installation types, you will need a level pad, hardwired electrical line and a crane to move the shipping container pool into place.

  • Yard prep can be completed by a general contractor, pool contractor or landscaper who's familiar with level pads.

  • Yes! How? You need the right heater and a cover most importantly. Equally as important, we include high quality ceramic insulation on all interior walls of the container to aid in the retention of heat during the winter and deflection of heat during the summer.

  • We warranty the fiberglass shell insert for 2 years, the container for 3 years and the equipment warranty comes from the equipment manufacturer which is typically 3 years.
